Kristina C. Ivtindzioski, Esq., a resident of Parsippany, New Jersey, is an associate at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., concentrating her practice in personal injury and complex trial litigation. Motivated by her diverse and cultural Macedonian background, Kristina focused her career on international studies and perspectives. She graduated Dean's List and Magna Cum Laude from Montclair State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in International Business and Marketing. After her undergraduate career, Kristina earned her Insurance Producer's License in the State of New Jersey, which offers her a unique perspective on handling insurance-related matters. Thereafter, Kristina graduated Cum Laude from Pace University School of Law, where she earned a Juris Doctorate and a Certificate of Concentration in International Law. During law school, Kristina participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot held in Vienna, Austria, where her team qualified for the semi-final rounds. She was an active member of her law school, and resultantly earned several prestigious awards, including Excellence in Clinical Education Award, Co-op, Internship & Experiential Education Award, and the New York State Bar Association's Law Student Legal Ethics Award.
Additionally, Kristina was the Pace Nominee for the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia located in The Hague, The Netherlands, where she worked for the Office of the Prosecutor. Since she is fluent in Macedonian and can fluently read and write Cyrillic, she was able to utilize these multi-lingual abilities in her role at the Tribunal.
Kristina is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey, the State Court of Connecticut, and has recently passed the New York State Bar Examination. Furthermore, she is an active and dedicated member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, including the Young Lawyers Division and the Women's Caucus. She is also a member of the American Bar Association.
