The driver was charged with driving under the influence of drugs after white powder and several syringes were found sitting next to her, according to the report.In December 2015,\u00a0New Jersey Hills Media\u00a0reported that an 18-year-old driver in a crash had been charged with driving under the influence of drugs after testing positive for marijuana.
