A serious accident occurred in December 2011 on the New Jersey Turnpike in Bayonne, when the driver of a cement truck crashed into the back of another man’s truck. The suit alleges that the cement truck driver operated his truck recklessly and carelessly, causing the man to be violently thrown around the inside of his own truck.
The firm’s client suffered injuries to his jaw, neck, back, left shoulder and bicep, right knee, and right shoulder. As a result, he has limitations in his daily life. The suit was filed against both the driver of the truck, as well as the concrete company. The injured man was awarded $1,500,000.00 and was represented by partner Garry R. Salomon.
