Steven Benvenisti, Esq., Partner at the Law Firm of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, located in New Jersey and New York, has devoted his career towards representing personal injury victims, accident prevention, volunteer work, motivational speaking and education of the public.   

Steven graduated Magna Cum Laude from The College of New Jersey and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Bridgeport School of Law in 1993.  He has been licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the Federal Court for fourteen (14) years.  Steven began his career as a law clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey.  His law practice is devoted exclusively to personal injury, including representation of victims with traumatic brain injury and victims of DWI.  Steven's Court and trial successes have been published in New Jersey's leading Jury Verdict reporter.

Steven is a Board Member of: The Brain Injury Association of New Jersey, Mothers Against Drunk Driving and The North Jersey Police Crime Prevention Association.

Approximately thirty (30) times per year, Steven serves as a keynote and motivational speaker throughout the country to: State and National Rehabilitation Associations, State Brain Injury Associations, as well as to medical- rehabilitation centers and to Universities and Schools. 
Steven has also presented seminars on:  Understanding New Jersey Law Understanding New Jersey Automobile Insurance and programs dealing with individual and family emotional and coping issues associated with being accident victims.   

100% of the honorariums from the programs he presents go directly to charity.
