Gayle Halevy
Gayle Halevy, Esq., is a New Jersey personal injury attorney and Chair of the Nursing Home Negligence and Abuse Practice at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. She represents clients throughout New Jersey and New York in cases involving nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall injuries, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death.
Gayle joined Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. in 2024 after nearly two decades of litigation experience in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Before representing injury victims, she spent thirteen years as a partner at a New York law firm and four years at a New Jersey medical malpractice defense firm, where she defended hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, and nurses. That defense background gives her a firsthand understanding of how healthcare institutions and insurance carriers build their cases, which she now uses to strengthen claims for injured clients and their families.
Named as Chair of the Nursing Home Negligence and Abuse Practice at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. in 2026, Gayle leads the firm’s cases involving preventable falls, pressure ulcers, medication errors, malnutrition, elopement, and physical or emotional abuse in long-term care facilities.
Gayle Halevy, Esq., earned her B.A. in English Language & Literature from the University of Michigan in 2003 and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2007. She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York.
