Albert C. Asphall
Albert C. Asphall, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., where he represents injured clients in New Jersey personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, public entity claims, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death. Admitted in New Jersey and New York, Albert Asphall brings litigation experience and a practical understanding of how accident and injury cases are investigated, defended, and resolved to every claim that crosses his desk.
Albert Asphall joined Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. in 2023 after serving for more than eight years as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Paterson, New Jersey. Albert Asphall has lectured for the New Jersey Association for Justice on public entity litigation, including presentations on Title 59, public entity defenses, and proving actual and constructive notice of dangerous conditions. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Albert Asphall is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, New Jersey State Bar Association, Garden State Bar Association, National Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Jamaica Organization of New Jersey. He also serves on the District XI Ethics Committee.
Albert Asphall earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2007 and his Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law in 2010. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, baseball, reading, and working out.
