Zachary Cramer, Esq.
Zachary Cramer, Esq., is an attorney at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., where he represents clients bringing personal injury claims from car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall accidents, wrongful death, and other claims caused by the negligence of others. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New Jersey and New York, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Before joining Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. in 2026, Zack served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office from 2022 to 2024. In that role, he handled criminal matters and gained substantial courtroom experience, including first-chairing jury trials. He then transitioned to personal injury litigation by working at a prominent New York City medical malpractice defense firm and later at a well-known New Jersey personal injury law firm before joining Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C.
Zack earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2022. During law school, he interned with the Department of Homeland Security, the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor, and the ADR Program of the Southern District of New York. He is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, The Bergen County Bar Association, and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Before becoming an attorney, Zack taught English grammar and conversation in Florida public schools and abroad in Japan. Outside the office, he is studying Korean and enjoys hiking, reading, basketball, and spending time with his family.
