Personal Injury Attorney Patricia Boguslawski Esq.

Patricia Z. Boguslawski, Esq. is a Partner at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. She heads the firm’s South Jersey Practice and maintains an office in Lawrenceville, NJ. She is certified in the area of litigation and trials, a distinction held by less than three percent of all New Jersey licensed attorneys. Originally a native of Trenton, N.J., she relocated to north New Jersey at the start of her legal career. She attended the College of New Jersey where she received her B.A. in English. She subsequently attended The Thomas Cooley School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate.

During her career, she has represented thousands of people injured in car accidents or injured due to a slip, trip or fall. She has successfully resolved complex cases including truck accidents causing wrongful death. She is a member of the litigation practice group and she concentrates her practice in personal injury litigation; including motor vehicle accidents and premises accidents of all nature. She is an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and is a charter member of the New Jersey Association for Justice Women’s Caucus. Patricia is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association. She is fluent in Italian.
