Being certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney is a distinction held by less than three percent of all New Jersey licensed attorneys. Kelly graduated from Pennsylvania State University, where she earned Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Administration of Justice. While at Penn State, Kelly was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, an academic honor society reserved for those graduating in the top ten percent of their class. She then earned her Juris Doctorate at Seton Hall University Law School, where she received a merit scholarship while participating in moot court and developing her advocacy skills.
Kelly is committed to professional growth and learning and elevating the practice of personal injury law in New Jersey. Over the years, Kelly has delivered several lectures at the New Jersey Association for Justice’s conventions on topics ranging from how to craft effective opening statements to preparing clients for trial.
Outside of practicing law, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also loves to travel, play the piano, attend Broadway shows and concerts and watch Penn State football.
