Kelly Analiese Conlon, Esq.

Kelly Conlon, Esq. is a Partner at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon and is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Since law school, Kelly has focused her practice on all types of personal injury law, with particular focus on motor vehicle, trucking and bus accidents, as well as many types of complex premises accidents.

Kelly has won several six-figure verdicts or settlements on behalf of her clients, and has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer Rising Star” every year between 2014 and 2018. Kelly excels at legal research and case analysis. By focusing on the most important details in a case, she is consistently able to compel insurance companies and their lawyer to meet her clients’ demands. Kelly is equally outstanding in her communication skills and is respected by judges and colleagues for her honesty, work ethic and perseverance in getting her clients the compensation they deserve.

Being certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney is a distinction held by less than three percent of all New Jersey licensed attorneys. Kelly graduated from Pennsylvania State University, where she earned Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Administration of Justice. While at Penn State, Kelly was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, an academic honor society reserved for those graduating in the top ten percent of their class. She then earned her Juris Doctorate at Seton Hall University Law School, where she received a merit scholarship while participating in moot court and developing her advocacy skills.

Kelly is committed to professional growth and learning and elevating the practice of personal injury law in New Jersey. Over the years, Kelly has delivered several lectures at the New Jersey Association for Justice’s conventions on topics ranging from how to craft effective opening statements to preparing clients for trial.

Outside of practicing law, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also loves to travel, play the piano, attend Broadway shows and concerts and watch Penn State football.
