Michael Wachtel, Esq. is an associate attorney at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon P.C., and concentrates his practice on all matters pertaining to personal injury litigation. After graduating with his B.B.A. from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, with high distinction, Michael earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law, Newark, where he was the Business Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal and a Moot Court board member. Michael graduated Cum Laude and received the Myron Harkavy award for most promising trial litigator.
Prior to joining Davis, Saperstein & Salomon P.C., Michael spent many years as a financial analyst, and was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Ann G. McCormick, J.C.S. Ret., General Equity Division. After his clerkship, Michael was an associate at Archer, P.C., where he concentrated on matters relating to complex civil litigation.
He now utilizes of all his experience to help those who have been injured by the negligence of others. Michael is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, State of New York; United States District Court, Southern District of New York; United States District Court, Eastern District of New York; United States District Court, and the District of New Jersey.
