Sherwin Tsai Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C.

Sherwin Tsai, Esq. is a Partner at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. and a New Jersey personal injury attorney certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by less than two percent of New Jersey licensed attorneys. Admitted to practice law in New Jersey since 2009, Sherwin Tsai represents injured clients in serious personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, bus accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, wrongful deaths, and other claims caused by negligence.

Sherwin is an active leader in New Jersey’s legal community. He is the current Vice President of Membership for the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey and previously served as a Director on its leadership Board.

In addition to his litigation practice, Sherwin was a panelist for the New Jersey Supreme Court Fee Arbitration Committee since 2021 and currently serves on the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on the Rules of Evidence. In 2025, Sherwin Tsai was recognized as Partner of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. due to his experience, results, leadership, and trusted work on behalf of injured clients throughout New Jersey. He further dedicates his time to his community, having volunteered on his local Planning Board and Environmental Commission.

Sherwin Tsai earned his B.A. in Political Science and History from Brandeis University, his Master in Public Administration from Suffolk University Sawyer School of Management, and his J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law. Before joining Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. in 2018, Sherwin Tsai spent nearly a decade in insurance defense litigation, trying injury cases and learning how accident claims are evaluated and defended.
