Christian Correa, Esq. is an associate attorney at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. and a New Jersey personal injury attorney representing people injured in car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, catastrophic injury cases, and other cases involving negligence. As a New Jersey native and Rutgers graduate, Christian Correa brings his past experience from both the insurance and defense sides of litigation to his work at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. on behalf of his injured clients.
After his admission to the New Jersey Bar in 2021, Christian Correa practiced as a staff attorney with GEICO, where he gained firsthand experience about how insurance companies investigate and process automobile insurance injury claims. That past employment experience gives Christian Correa a valuable understanding of how insurers and defense attorneys approach personal injury cases and helps him anticipate the arguments and issues that defense teams may likely use during litigation.
With every injury client’s case, Christian Correa approaches their personal injury claims with the potential of a jury trial causing him to carefully develop the facts while addressing potential defenses and preparing each case to withstand the defense teams arguments. His goal is to win the best possible result for his clients.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Christian Correa works directly with clients and families in both languages. He is known for explaining complicated legal issues in a way that is clear and easy to understand, while making sure clients feel informed, heard, and supported throughout their case.
Christian Correa earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 2020. He graduated cum laude from Rutgers University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
Outside of the office, Christian Correa enjoys biking and other outdoor activities and follows the New York Knicks, Giants, and Rangers.
